This DEI focused session will help to lay the groundwork for building relationships and allyship in your organization to support DEI.
DEI is the umbrella term for ideas, programs, policies, strategies, and practices that allow people to show up - authentically and unapologetically - to participate and excel in all aspects of society without marginalization, discrimination or oppression.
